...That's not what I'm saying. But, for the most part, we do need more transparency and sunlight. Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and when it comes to the 9/11 attacks and our nation's failure to protect ourselves from the terrorists that day, we need to learn from those failures to make sure they never happen again.
