When interviewed by a representative of the CRIMSON yesterday, Mr. Allen said he expects to spend the month of June in a preliminary study of the situation as regards University news and publications. Senator Hitchcock in commenting on the Senate's move said "It is beneath the dignity of the Senate to co-operate with the German government in throwing a monkey wrench into the peace machinery. It is known that this treaty first was made public in Germany. The German government did it for a purpose to get better terms.
