Last week the first transcontinental trains ever to pass through Denver chufied through the Moffatt Tunnel ("Gateway to Nowhere") and on to the West Coast- two double-header freights loaded with Nebraska corn, Colorado coal, stoves, grits, lumber, hoboes.
