...second of the weekly shot-putting contests was held yesterday afternoon in the Gymnasium. Although but seven men competed the records were much better than last week. E. H. Clark L. S., who made the longest put last week, bettered his record three times yesterday, but C. J. Paine, Jr., '97 had a bad falling off.
