Quincy's restrictions on evening dining are even worse. From 5 to 6 p.m., each Quincy resident may have no more than one nonQuincy guest. After 6 p.m., interhouse is prohibited altogether. These rules make life miserable for just about everybody: Quad residents who happen to be near the River, residents of other River houses who will see their own dining halls overburdened, and any Quincy resident with more than one friend in another house...
