Died. Julian ("Cannonball") Adderley, 46, lyrical, driving jazz saxophonist; of a heart attack, 25 days after suffering a paralyzing stroke on his way to a gig; in Gary, Ind. Son of a Florida musician who weaned him on jazz, Adderley arrived in New York in 1955 with a quintet that included his brother Nat on the cornet.
