Barack Obama has quit smoking. Mostly. As he told Tom Brokaw in a Dec. 7 Meet the Press interview, he has "fallen off the wagon" occasionally. Oh, all right: When pressed, Obama said he'd "done a terrific job under the circumstances" of keeping up a healthy lifestyle.
