...regular meeting of the Freshman Debating Club was held last evening in Sever 11. The subject for debate was: "Resolved, That party allegiance is preferable to independent action in politics." R. H. Crane and G. F. Whitte-more spoke on the affirmative and L. B. Shay and F. P. Bennett, Jr., on the negative. The judges decided in favor of the affirmative.
