Died. Emil Fuchs,* 62, famed Austrian painter, sculptor and etcher of monarchs and geniuses; by suicide in his Manhattan studio. Artistic conqueror of four cities: Berlin, Rome, London, New York, he sculpted Wilhelm Hohenzollern; painted King Edward VII, Fritz Kreisler, Serge Rachmaninoff, Elbert H.
