The Naval Training Center in San Diego said yesterday it was investigating allegations from 16 enlisted women. Among the charges: seven instructors demanded sex in exchange for passing grades. In addition, the women say they were victims of verbal harassment and groping during computer training sessions. The allegations cover a period of over a year and a half ending in September.
