Work on the new track on Soldiers Field has progressed rather slowly this summer on account of the lack of rain, but it will probably be completed by Tuesday. This track, with its two 200-yard straightaways and quarter-mile oval, will be a valuable addition to the University's training facilities as it will provide a place for the increasing number of men who turn out for track each year...
