Plans for the picnic are rapidly nearing completion. The great question has been answered. The weather will have no effect on the picnic since rain could not make the 21st of May any damper. Moreover, we do not need any Supreme Court decision on this weather report. The "Co-op" has already ordered our custumes, consisting of overalls, cap and tin cup, and a notice will appear in the "Crimson" just as soon as the costumes are ready for delivery.
