The first eleven fumbled, but retained the ball; and on short gains by Meier and Ristine advanced to the 20 yard line, where they were held for downs. McGrew's punt was blocked, but Rainsford fell on the ball. McGrew got the next punt away quickly, and Swann ran it back 5 yards. Ristine made 5 yards through right tackle, but the first eleven could not gain on the next four downs. Gains by McGrew and Derby netted 10 yards, and Matthews gained on a fumble...
