...clan made 20 L of moonshine to prepare to celebrate, and by the time midnight came around in Kenya on Nov. 4, all of it was gone and the Obamas of Kogelo in the Rift Valley were asleep. To be sure, a rainstorm had washed out much of the clan's festivities.
