Worcester made the first score after a minute of play, when Cottrell blocked an attempted kick from formation and ran 40 yards for a touchdown. Towards the end of the half Cottrell picked up a fumbled punt and after a 35-yard run scored the second touchdown. Worcester's third score was the result of a drop kick from the 35-yard line in the last minute of the second half. The only touchdown made by the Freshmen was by straight football from Worcester's 30-yard line...
