...singing along to “We Are Family,” “Ring My Bell,” and other such hits, arranged to reflect the plotline. “The Donkey Show” is essentially one large dance party with a vague theatrical reason to keep it going, but the choreography, the movement, the blocking is such that, for the most part, it seamlessly carries through. Even as they move through the crowd in preparation for their next appearance in the spotlight, the actors keep the audience involved; “Do I look okay...

...Come and Try That Again' sign on top. We would've built it with our bare hands if we had to, because that's what Americans do. When we fail, when we face a crisis, we pull ourselves up and make things better. I believe the only reason we haven't built it isn't because of Americans. It's because we're being held back. Members of Congress who represent states that employ a large portion of the industry workforce, like moderate Democratic Senator Ben Nelson of Nebraska, have opposed the measure for that reason. But the Department of Education (which would run the new and expanded program) maintains that because Sallie Mae and several other companies would be kept on as contractors to "service" the loans - performing administrative tasks such as answering student inquiries and collecting payments - the total amount of jobs lost will...
