G., Bird '96, and Fearing '98, was appointed to ask the opinion of other colleges in regard to the formation of an intercollegiate bicycling league. Cycling has become an important branch of college athletics, but the meet last spring showed plainly that the ordinary quarter-mile track for running is not suitable for bicycle races.
