Tozzer '00 was elected president of the American Anthropological Association in the twenty-eighth annual meeting of that association, held in Poughkeepsie, New York, during the Christmas recess. Professor Tozzer is chairman of the Department of Anthropology at Harvard at the present time. His work among ancient ruins in Latin America has gained him international renown.
