...BULWORTH With public disgust at our mendacious public life at critical mass, Warren Beatty imagines a U.S. Senator who starts telling the truth about the powerful. He's nuts, of course, but the star, director, co-writer and rapster is in a reckless mood. His maniacally skillful movie is that Hollywood rarity: political satire with real, wounding bite...

...investigation of this tragic murder--has been refuted by the police categorically. There are people on campus who may look young, but any Harvard student would be able to tell that my friend's sister and her friend are definitely not in college...

Hicks: Despite all the memorable reckless experiences in my past, my favorite thing to do is sit in a quiet caf and write poetry. My inspiration is a guy who is completing a master's degree here and continuing his Ph.D. at Oxford. He has published books of poetry and he collects information about his topics by living the life of his subjects. He's currently writing a book called "100 Days in Drag." I know him personally and agree that although it sounds clich, the best way to learn about people is to walk in their shoes...
