Those students eligible to participate in the Recruiting Program are seniors and alumni of Harvard College, full-time graduate students and alumni of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Every year minority undergraduates volunteer to recruit in their home towns to try to increase the pool of applicants to the college as a part of the Undergraduate Minority Recruitment Program.
