...Frederick Bethune Bartlett was last week consecrated a Protestant Episcopal Bishop of North Dakota, in Fargo, N. Dak. Also consecrated last week was Dr. Frederick Grandy Budlong, rector of Christ Church, Greenwich (reputedly richest U. S. parish), appointed last autumn to be Bishop Coadjutor of Connecticut (TIME, Sept. 21).
