To ensure themselves privacy, these gentlemen selected several rooms apiece in various parts of the town and familiarized themselves with unobtrusive entrances and exits. Senator Smoot wanted no interruptions from avid proponents of special doctrine, especially farmer doctrine, while he is phrasing the eternal principles for which the G. O. P. will say it stands this year...
