Under the auspices of the Phillips Brooks House Association a meeting has been arranged for 7.30 o'clock this evening in the parlor of Phillips Brooks House, at which Rev. Herbert S. Johnson '91 will speak on the movement for reform in the administration of the Independent State of the Congo.
