About 11,000 Americans who have paid deposits for trips to the Moscow Games are no doubt worrying about refunds in the event of a U.S. boycott. All travel arrangements are being handled by the Russian Travel Bureau-Olympic Travel, a U.S.-owned firm based in New York City. According to its president, E.
