...National Football Rules Committee yesterday notified Coach Reid that its meeting would be postponed one week. This action was taken at the request of the committee appointed by the Harvard Graduates' Athletic-Association, which desires more time to formulate proposals in regard to changes in football rules. The postponement requested by the Harvard Committee was for two week, and yesterday Coach Reid again telegraphed P. J.
