...racing yesterday afternoon in the Second Annual Harvard Invitation Regatta was markedly successful. Six events were run off during the day. Noble and Greenough School made a clean sweep, winning the three Regatta races in which they were entered. Since the new organization of schoolboy rowing established four years ago, they have had the phenomenal record on the Charles of thirteen victories out of a possible thirteen. This happened in the third event of the day's rowing, when the two first club crews, Eliot and Thayer, raced. They started at the Cottage Farm Bridge and were just below the Harvard Bridge when they sank because of the rough water. Thayer had, however, crossed the line one-half length ahead.
