Five thousand boys will take part in the third annual rally and demonstration of the Greater Boston Council of the Boy Scouts of America, to be held in the Stadium this afternoon. Beginning at 2 o'clock with a march in review, for which the Regiment Band will furnish music, the scouts will present a varied and extensive program lasting until "retreat" is sounded.
