Friday, August 4, 1:37 a.m.: Officers took a report of an individual who had been approached by an unknown individual with a knife at the Office of the Registrar. The reporting individual said they were approached by the unknown individual, who asked for the time. After they stated that they didn’t know the time, the individual with the knife asked for directions. At this point, the reporting individual noticed the unknown individual moving closer to them and identified in their possession a six inch long knife. At this point, the reporting individual fled the area...
