...Walter Camp has notified the Harvard Graduates Football Rules Committee that the National Committee is willing to postpone its meeting an additional week, as was requested by Coach Reid on behalf of the Harvard Committee. Since the request was sent, the Harvard Committee has practically completed the proposals for changes in the rules which it desires to present, and has notified Mr. Camp to that effect. ...National Football Rules Committee yesterday notified Coach Reid that its meeting would be postponed one week. This action was taken at the request of the committee appointed by the Harvard Graduates' Athletic-Association, which desires more time to formulate proposals in regard to changes in football rules. The postponement requested by the Harvard Committee was for two week, and yesterday Coach Reid again telegraphed P. J. Dashiel, chairman of the National Committee, in the hope that the meeting might be delayed an additional week. No answer to this telegram his yet been received...
