With reference to a communication favoring a "college orchestra" which appeared in your columns yesterday, we feel that a replay is necessary, lest those unacquainted with the activities of the Pierian Sodality Orchestra may be led to a wrong impression regarding the same. Mr. Goldberg's favors the following reforms more systematic regulation of discipline, programs, and personnel.
