Senator Moses is one of the most forcible debaters in the Senate, although one of the younger men. Senator Wadsworth, on the other hand, has been politically prominent since 1905, when he first became a member of the New York Assembly. In 1908 he was a delegate to the Republican National Convention and since 1915 he has been a member of the United States Senate, where his term expires in 1927. Senator Wadsworth as chairman of the Military Affairs Committee, was principal author of the Army Reorganization Bill and was also prominent as a supporter of the Dye Embargo...
