...time ago the Pennsylvania Club challenged the Connecticut Club to a joint debate. A committee from the two clubs decided to hold the debate last Monday evening in Sever 11. The details of the debate were arranged and much interest was felt in both clubs in regard to the result. The purpose of thus holding a joint debate was to keep up the interest in the organizations of men from the States of Pennsylvania and Connecticut. The Pennsylvania Club has, however, withdrawn its challenge for the alleged reason that none of its members were willing to become principal disputants...
