From Athens comes the news that elections will be held as soon as possible. The exchange of population now going on between Turkey and Greece, will, it is feared, greatly retard the date of the elections; for the arrival of so many refugees in Greece means considerable work in revising the electoral lists and in naturalizing the newly arrived.
