...cares? I think the nature of leadership and management and government must become a political issue. These are issues of values, they're issues of culture and they should be in the political arena. And I think people will respond to that. Public discussion is crucial--it makes people rethink their old assumptions. It makes them see something that is part of their daily experience but they don't usually think about. People assume this is all a technical matter...
