Organizers of this month's Woodstock '94 and a competing quasi-reunion, "Bethel '94," are in the hole. A bad case of jitters caused by 100,000 unsold tickets led organizers of the 25th anniversary Woodstock to extend the sale period and loosen up on parking rules.
