Anthony Herman Gerhard Fokker, technical chief of General Motors Corp.'s aviation division, visiting at Roosevelt Field, L. I., ran across Miss Luba Phillips, a Russian pilot, the first woman he ever taught to fly. A reunion! They should have a fly together! Her monocoupe sport plane was on the sidelines.
