California Restaurateur Jerome Rowitch had a problem: How could he attract the residents of Marina del Rey, Malibu, Santa Monica and other affluent Los Angeles suburbs to his Sculpture Gardens restaurant in a decidedly unfashionable section of nearby Venice?
