This adaptation is an anime film that follows Kenichi (Kei Kobayashi) and his uncle, Shunsaku Ban (Kousei Tomita), in a futuristic city in which robots do most of the work, but must live underground. ...Friends recommended the Sanctuary (thesanctuary-kpg.com), a health retreat nestled away on Haad Tien beach on the island of Koh Phangan in southern Thailand. The island is notorious for its full-moon parties, during which an international cast of backpackers mingle and dance on Haad Rin beach. They also ingest enough mind-altering chemicals to cause the nearest psychiatric hospital to double its staff on the big night. But a brief longtail-boat ride away from the lunacy, the Sanctuary offers a return to sanity and a healthier frame of mind...

Return to Central starts out promisingly. “What You’re Afraid Of” is one of those perfect pop songs, with swirling synths and surprisingly warm vocals from singer Manda Rin building anticipation before the guitar crunch and insanely catchy chorus bust everything up in a climax of euphoria. Backed by cinematic strings, “The End Starts Today” is a positively grandiose affair, indicative of the major change Bis have undertaken.
