Usage:

...injustice is being done to some of the men who bought season tickets for the Soldiers Field skating rink. As the whole rink is not flooded, there is only enough ice for those who are trying for the University or class hockey teams, and others have no opportunity to skate. Admitting that the candidates for the teams should have the first right to use the ice, it still seems unfair that no provision should be made for other men who have paid for tickets. It has also been found that at high tide in the Charles River, water backs up under the ice and melts and cracks it. If this continues the rink will be moved to another part of the field.
