General Waldemiro Lima of the Federal forces maneuvered importantly in this fifth week of the revolution without producing any concrete results. Revolution in coffee-growing Sao Paulo State bumbled along last week with much talk, little action save an inspired move by Rio de Janeiro's police chief. Through all Brazilian papers he announced that students, radicals and other sympathizers with the Sao Paulo revolutionists might assemble by the obelisk at 10 a. m. Sunday morning.
