Hifzi's has for the most part garnered clientele by word of mouth, and the printed testimonials of his customers are merely a less haphazard continuation of this same approach. The auto repair business enjoys a growing reputation for monumental rip-offs, and if the remarks of Hifzi's customers are found credible, the ad may be seen as something closer to a public service announcement than just another BIG HYPE...
