Usage:

Both University and dormitory rowing have been discontinued for this fall. Candidates for the University and Freshman crews will be called out after the mid-year period, and work on the machines and in the tank will be kept up until the river is open. Coach Wray will have complete charge of the University crew squad, and, assisted by Coaches Stephenson and Brown, will supervise the work of the Freshman squad

There will be a special entrance on the Charles River Parkway, opposite the University Boathouse, for persons coming to the game in carriages. The parkway can be reached only on the Brighton side from Western avenue, via Everett street, as Boylston street and North Harvard street will be closed. Starting from Holworthy promptly at 3.30 o'clock, the parade marched around the Yard, headed by the University band, down Plympton street to the river and across the Boylston street bridge to the field. In the Stadium Captain Parker, Coach Crane, and every member of the University team were cheered, after which cheers were also given for the coaches, the substitutes and the second team. While the first team substitutes and the second team were scrimmaging, the songs were practiced. After the scrimmage more cheers were given in front of the Locker Building...
