Only three of the graded crews were on the river yesterday--two from the Weld boathouse and one from the Newell. If enough men report today, four crews will be formed at each boathouse and will row regularly at 3.30 o'clock. November 16 has been provisionally named as the date of the races. The development of the crews will largely determine the exact date. Captain Bacon has placed R. H. Wiswall '07 and G. W. Bailey '07 in charge of the graded crew work at the Newell and Weld boat clubs respectively...
