...Magistrate was revived at the Museum last evening. The piece is a very lively farce depending chiefly on the absurdity of the situations. Wilson, in the title role, as a magistrate who by force of circumstances becomes a fugitive from justice, is as usual irresistable. Misses Clarke and Sheridan and Messrs. Barron, Dapenport, and Booth have the most important of the remaining parts and played them very cleverly to the satisfaction of a large audience.
