...photograph in yesterday's paper shows the general outward appearance of the recently-completed structure. The building is two stories high in front, this portion being constructed in Georgian style of Harvard brick, with limestone trimmings. This arrangement makes a large roof-garden over the rear section of the building, leading directly off from the editor's sanctum, which occupies the entire second floor of the front of the building.
