MEMORIAL Hall needs to be much better ventilated. We have often come in a little late, and found the air so close as to be absolutely unbearable, as indeed we might expect when several hundred men are sitting in a room where the entrance of fresh air is so effectually prevented as it is in Memorial Hall.
