Another familiar aspect of Blagojevich's performance on Friday was his penchant for quoting long passages of favorite writings from memory. What would Theodore Roosevelt--the author of the quotation above, which is the inspiration for this column--have made of Barack Obama? I'm not sure he would have liked him very much.
