These events occurred within a month of an incident in Professor David Rosenberg??s first-year torts class in which the often-blunt professor stated that “Feminists, Marxists, and the blacks have contributed nothing to torts.” According to a later clarification, Rosenberg was referring to Feminist, Marxist, and black Crits, but this made no difference.
