Died. Charles Richard John Spencer-Churchill, 9th Duke of Marlborough, 62, of an intestinal disorder; in London. In 1895 he married Consuelo Vanderbilt; in 1926, five years after her divorce from the Duke and her marriage to Jacques Balsan.
