...movement has been started at Cornell University to adopt Harvard's rowing club system. For this purpose the president of the Cornell Navy, R. F. Chatillon, has secured from the officers of the Weld Boat Club the system of its management and with this as a basis, has organized a similar institution called the Francis Boat Club.
